Secluded Custom Home in Corydon, IN
Let’s take a look at one of our recent real estate photography shoots in Corydon, IN. This 3 bed 4 bath custom built home was a joy to photograph. At the heart of every listing shoot, Social Start Media always keeps the main selling points for the home in mind. We understand what buyers like to see and which features of the home deserve to be showcased – even if that requires taking more pictures.
Aerial Drone Photography
The home was nestled behind a long wooded driveway which was important to showcase using aerial drone photography. The drone was also able to capture the full 7 acre property and we drew property lines to give buyers an idea of what they are getting. These high and wide aerial drone photographs are great to show just how secluded a home is because you can view the neighboring areas.
Leading Lines
We love drawing eyes into a photograph. What does this mean? You can see in our pictures we decided to photograph walkways, front porches, and open doorways to “lead” the view through the house and make it feel as if they are walking through the home when they scroll through the listing photos.
Perspective
Real Estate Photography shouldn’t always be about showing one room at a time. When talking to buyers viewing other listing photographs, we’ve heard them say things like – “The pictures looked good, but I wasn’t really sure about the layout of the home” . We believe it is important to show multiple angles of the same room to give the viewer a better understanding of the space and its surroundings. Often times, you will see our pictures showcase how one room leads to another (for example) show how the kitchen connects the living room or where the guest bath is located in relation to the bedrooms.
All Living Areas Deserve To Be Photographed
Photographing outdoor living areas should never be overlooked when showcasing a property. These areas of the house are great entertaining spaces during the summer months and are often important selling points for the home. We want to make sure we capture the beauty of these areas and all they have to offer!
Clean and Clear Rooms
Your listing’s image is our #1 priority and we are committed to doing the small things on the job to make your photos look the very best they can. Doing things like hiding garbage cans, opening up blinds, centering pillows, and clearing off countertops are examples of some of the things we do on a regular basis to ensure photos look their best. You can see in these photos that all of the windows are open to let in natural light and also allows views to see the peaceful view outside. The big 3 things to remember real estate photographers look for are spaces to be bright, clean, and clear.
